Background
Small businesses often face the challenge of managing multiple operational facets—payroll, workforce, and payments—across separate, disconnected platforms. To address this, Clover and ADP have partnered to create an integrated small business management platform that brings together key business functions into one unified solution.
Designed to streamline day-to-day operations, this platform enables small business owners to seamlessly manage employee payroll, track labor, and process payments—all from a single dashboard. With a focus on ease of use and scalability, this solution aims to simplify the complexity of running a small business, allowing owners to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time growing their business.
As the lead product designer, I helped drive the design strategy and execution to provide merchants with a robust integrated small business management experience.
